A U.S. Army veteran with 21 years of service, Trish brings a unique blend of military insight and business acumen to her role. As the Industry Engagement Lead for the Office of Small Business Programs at the Department of Defense, she designed policies that resulted in over $38 billion in federal awards to small businesses in FY23.
Trish’s last Federal role was serving at the Office of Naval Intelligence in the Trump Administration as an Intelligence Officer. She previously served as a Strategic Advisor during the Obama Administration in support of the Defense Department.
Trish’s expertise in strategic communications, program management, and fostering innovation has made her a sought-after advisor in defense circles. Her skills in navigating complex stakeholder relationships, driving organizational change, and implementing cutting-edge technologies have consistently delivered results.
Trish’s expertise spans the federal, commercial, and non-profit space. As the Executive Director of the Defense Entrepreneurs Forum, she played a pivotal role in speeding solutions to market during CoVID and guided 3 designs to patent protected status for government solutions.
